Returns Policy
If you wish to return an item, please contact us first to notify us of the issue, either by email at info@preciseracing.co.uk or by phone at +44 (0) 7 585 669 218.
Non-Faulty Items
Non-faulty items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, with all labels intact, within 14 days of the invoice date. Please include the original receipt with your return. Once we receive the item, we will offer either an exchange or a full refund, as required. Please note that once an item has been used, it cannot be returned or refunded.
Postage Costs
The cost of returning items to us is the responsibility of the customer. Please note that original postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, in which case we will refund the original postage cost.

Proof of Delivery
We strongly recommend that you request proof of delivery or a receipt when returning items, as we cannot be held responsible for any returns that are lost, damaged, or not delivered. If you do not obtain proof of delivery, or if the returned item is damaged, we reserve the right to withhold your refund. In such cases, it will be your responsibility to pursue a claim with your carrier.

Condition of Returned Items
We reserve the right not to process refunds for items returned in poor condition or outside the 14-day return period.
Faulty Items
All products purchased from Precise Racing Limited are guaranteed against manufacturing defects, though specific guarantees may vary by product and manufacturer. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible. All returns will be inspected by us and, when necessary, by the manufacturer. If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer a repair, replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the situation.
Damaged Goods
If the goods you received are damaged upon delivery, please notify us within 7 days of receipt by phone or email.
