Precise Racing are regularly searching for ambitious individuals who are interested in joining our staffing team. Our main aim is to provide a safe learning environment for our athletes both on and off the slopes. HOUSE
PARENT / CHEF

We are looking for a passionate, hardworking and reliable individual to join the Precise
Racing Team. This full-time position will run from December 2025 to April 2026. We have set out the role description below: 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prepare lunch each day for the team members 
  • Prepare & cook dinner each evening for the athletes & coaches
  • Manage medical requirements, illnesses and general wellbeing and welfare
    of the athletes
  • Perform basic duties such as wake up and bedtime routines, ensure athlete’s
    keep their rooms clean and tidy, laundry and communicate with parents on
    a regular basis
  • Organise activities for athletes in the afternoons/evenings and their days off
  • Liaise with coaches and tutor(s) on a daily basis

Requirements

  • Must have an enhanced DBS certificate
  • A clean driving license
  • A valid first-aid qualification
  • Previous experience working with children
  • Native or fluent English speaking
  • Ability to cook and prepare food for the group

TUTOR / PASTORAL CARE

This is a full-time position, starting from December 2025 through to April 2026. To apply, please email emily@preciseracing.co.uk.  

Roles and Responsibilities includes but not limited to:

  • Minimum of 15-18 hours per week of structured tuition for athletes, whilst employing flexibility
    around training and racing schedules
  • Prior to each camp, contact the athlete’s parents or their school directly to gather work
    loads of each athlete
  • Construct a weekly planner with each athlete and understand any deadlines that need
    to be met
  • Keep a record of each athlete’s progress
  • Provide parents &/or schools with weekly / end of camp reports
  • Outside of tutoring hours, you will continue to supervise and care for athlete alongside the
    House Parent (Pastoral care) and Coaches

Requirements

  • Must have an enhanced DBS certificate
  • Broad knowledge of the national curriculum, ideally in a core subject
  • A clean driving license
  • A valid first-aid qualification
  • Previous experience working with children
  • Native or fluent English speaking

Desirable but not essential

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
  • Degree or NVQ Level 4 Education
