Returns Policy

Before returning an item, you must contact us and advise us of the problem either by email (emily@preciseracing.co.uk) or by telephone (+44 (0) 7 585 669 218).
Non-faulty items must be sent back unused in their original packaging with labels intact and within 14 days of the invoice date. Please include the original receipt.
Once received, we will offer an exchange or a full refund, if required. Please note once a product has been used it cannot be returned or refunded.
You will be required to pay postage when returning your items to us. Please note that these return and original postage costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty,
in which we will refund the original postage costs.

When returning any item, we strongly advise that you request a receipt/proof of delivery in case of non-delivery or damage. We reserve the right to withhold the refund if a proof of delivery is not obtained or the item is returned damaged and, in such events, it is your responsibility to pursue a claim with your carrier. Precise Racing LTD cannot be held responsible in this case.

Please include your name, address, telephone number, a copy of all invoices or receipts and a covering letter explaining why you are returning the item and if you would like us to refund or exchange the item. With any returns we reserve the right not to refund any item returned in poor condition or after the 14-day period.
All products purchased from Precise Racing LTD are guaranteed against manufacturing defects, but these guarantees may vary depending on products & manufacturers. If you think that your item is faulty then please contact us as soon as possible. All items will be inspected by us and often by the manufacturer before being deemed faulty. Once we are satisfied that the goods are faulty, depending on the circumstances they may be repaired, replaced, exchanged, or refunded.

If the goods supplied to you are damaged on delivery, you should notify us by phone or email within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
